OMT provides two types of door for cold room, one is slide door, the other is swing door.
 


SLIDING DOOR Introduction:

Slide door: OMT slide doors are made of corrosion-free aluminum alloy material and nylon roller, S/S rollers shelf, screw, nut, washer.
Up-open and Down-close: the system installed are inner of slide-way, which takes the advantage of gravity theory to make sure the door is closed.
Handle: storage stainless steel handle, easy and convenient.
Door hole size: max size: 7000mm*5000mm
Suitable condition temperature: -70ºC to 100ºC
Door panel thick: 80mm, 100mm, 120mm or 150mm
Driving way: manual
Anti-freezing heating wires: low and medium temperature storage for options to be matched.
Safely lock: No need any tool that It can be turn on the lock manually in the inner of the storage
Door panel material of surface: stainless steel, PPGI
Core material: Polyurethane(PU)
Hermetic material : airtight and wear-resisting of Rubber Sealing Bar
Door panel’s Quantity: single or double for options.
Power: 220V/50Hz or 24V/50hZ.(for heating wires)
 
SWING DOOR Introduction:

OMT designs swing doors for cold room, for both refrigeration and freezing, suitable for pedestrian and trolley access.
Construction: Manufactured with an anodized aluminum structural profile frame.
Coating: Steel plate, galvanized and lacquered with 25 um polyester paint. Color: Pyrenees white. Coated with a peel-off protective film, food grade quality.
Insulation: 40-43 kg/m3 density high pressure injected polyurethane foam. CFC-free. Fire reaction M2.
Impermeability: Perimeter sealing strip (double honeycomb) on PVC support.
